The Report has learned of the passing of World Champion and Reserve World Grand Champion A Superbowl MVP.
By The Super Bowl and out of Jose’ Fina, the 15-year-old gelding was a showring staple for the Beth Beasley family for the past six years.
A Superbowl MVP started out his show ring career as a two-year-old under the ownership of the Andrew Morrison family. Mary Morrison had the privilege of being in the saddle for a majority of the show ring appearances, which resulted in numerous blue ribbons and top finishes at major industry shows.
It was in 2018 that Beth Beasley added the talented contender to her family’s successful show string. But, Beth wasn’t the first Beasley to take to the ring aboard A Superbowl MVP. BiBi Beasley had the opportunity to show the pony to a reserve finish at the Tunica Fall Classic in 2017. Beth and A Superbowl MVP had a strong 2018 season together that resulted in a O/A Novice Ladies Mares & Geldings World Championship.
Since 2019, A Superbowl MVP and BiBi have become a team to be reckoned with in youth competition, and together they have earned 21 victory passes, a reserve world grand championship and had lots of fun doing it.
