Mr. Schumann was an elder at First Christian Church, a member of the Rotary Club, a member of the Walking Horse Breeders Assoc. and Bedford County Cancer Board of Directors. |

The United Walking Horse Fall Finale, scheduled for November 13-15, 2025 in Tunica, Mississippi, will be a 5x Riders Cup Point Show, making it one of the most valuable Riders’ Cup events of the year. As the final show of the 2025 season, it will serve as trainers’ last chance to earn Riders’ Cup points toward this year’s awards. |

Born April 30, 1942 in Booneville, KY to the late Shafter and Martha (Ross) Becknell. Max was a member of Aberdeen Baptist Church, a Kentucky Coronel and was a retired Horse Ferrier. |
